All of Space and Time

I had a customer today whose name was Katharine Tate. I shit you not. I don't care if it's a common name, I still went, "a-whuuu??"

So I'm considering doing something that is quite... shocking. I'm thinking about holding off from watching the finale.

Now, before you doubt my Who cred, let me tell you this: It's to watch more Doctor Who. Right now I have some IRL things going on that will prevent me from doing any re-watching until around 3:00. By the time I download the episode, it's usually around 4:00. That would only give me the time to rewatch one episode and I really want to rewatch at least TIA and DotM.

So I'm considering holding off.

Are there any must-rewatch episodes I should consider?

Hokay. So. We're watching Let's Kill Hitler (he put it on, not me!). And we get to the bit where the Nazis shoot at River. She blows them away with her regeneration energy and Dad gives me the bug eyes. I say, "Yeah, I know, that's kick ass." (in the background, we hear River say her line, "Never shoot at a girl who's regenerating)

He responds, "But what if you shoot at a boy who's regenerating?"

I go something like, "....................O_O"

Theories welcome. Including shooting (HA!) holes into this one.

I think I laughed harder during the Confidential than I did during the episode. Those Smorden moments... I was barking with laughter. Clapping my hands. Throwing my head back. Those two are entirely way too funny.

Can we have JC back?

I've tried posting two entries this week but each time the LJ cuts have made me so frustrated, I just close out the window. Just know that I have had a nerdy Whovian week, I've had to ninja around some spoilers, and am really really really looking forward to the next two episodes.

...Gah, I have to tell you one of the nerdy stories.

Hokay, so, I don't remember what conversation I was having with my dad and main squeeze but I decided that at a certain point in the discussion that quoting The Doctor's Wife was a great idea. I said the line, "We love House. We live on his back, eat his food, (smell his armpits)..." and I took a slight pause before continuing with, "And Do My Will." At that EXACT moment, the chandelier in the room flickered several times to my line. Not one second before, not one second later. Ca-reepy!

Rating: PG-13 for language

I wonder if people are crying right now. O_o Homework, distract me until a download comes. Then distract me some more while I wait for the download to finish.

"Thanks for letting me watch it, even though it broke my heart... and every part of my soul."

He shouted at me half-way through it that he didn't want to watch it any more and then said at the end that he could have done without seeing the episode. It's his way of saying it was a really well-written episode. He just really, really loves Amy.
