I'm not even sure if it's an embraced acronym in fandom, but I heard someone use it to mean One True Character. So basically if the Doctor is involved some how, even in an abstract way (i.e. Rory dressing up as him as Amy fucks him, pretending he's the Doctor), I'M GAME.
