I know exactly what you mean. It's being held from us for too long. I have so many ideas and I'm trying to work on my long!fic, but I'm struggling to get motivated from time to time. And I've noticed the decline on LJ season the mid season ended. Actually, it ended right before my classes and work picked up, so I'm actually a part of the decline.
Have fun with your classes and your shore. I'm jealous. I live an hour or so away from the beach, but I never have the time to go.
